The pink lemonade flavor is so good. It makes it really easy for me to drink nightly. I am getting good sleep and I believe its fixing my stress which is effecting my blood pressure is a great way. My doctor actually recommended that I keep taking it and see if I can possibly get off of the blood pressure meds I've taken the last 2 years.

It took about a week for me to really start noticing any difference. Just about when I wanted to give up on what I thought was another gimmick product. I started to get some of the greatest sleep in my life. Im calmer throughout the day now, my mind isn't racing 1000 mph like it usually does. I just feel calm and balanced all day. Im not sure what ingredient is doing it or if i'ts because im actually sleeping again. Either way, this is THE REAL DEAL.

I have been looking for an all natural way to relax and fall asleep and I found it! This drink has such a light and flavorful taste.
